About 32% of construction workers are Hispanic. Crews often write notes in Spanish for customers who read English, or the other way around.

Use it when
Your tech wrote notes in Spanish and the customer needs an update in English, or the reverse.
The instruction
Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and fill in the [brackets]. The rules at the end are what stop it from guessing.
These job notes are in [language of notes]. Write a short customer update in [language for customer], the way a local business would say it, not word for word. Keep names, sizes, dates and prices exactly the same. List anything unclear in the notes for me separately. Notes: [paste them] Rules: use only the facts I give you and my business fact sheet if I shared it. Do not invent prices, warranty terms, diagnoses, code requirements, dates or promises. Mark anything I did not confirm with [brackets] and list it under the draft. Keep it short and friendly, like a local business owner wrote it. Write the draft first, then ask me at most one question.
